A SAXON Art Gal\u00e9ria alap\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1nak 5. \u00e9vfordul\u00f3ja alkalm\u00e1b\u00f3l, a n\u00e9vad\u00f3 m\u0171v\u00e9sz rendhagy\u00f3 tematikus ki\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1ssal rukkolt el\u0151. Az alkot\u00f3 eddigi munk\u00e1ss\u00e1g\u00e1ban folyamatosan a sokr\u00e9t\u0171 dimenzi\u00f3k jelentett\u00e9k\/jelentik a forr\u00e1st. Most sincs ez m\u00e1sk\u00e9nt: a geometrikus formaelemekkel \u00e1tsz\u0151tt konceptu\u00e1lis t\u00e1rlaton az id\u0151 \u00fajra\u00e9rtelmez\u00e9se ker\u00fclt f\u00f3kuszba. Az id\u0151, amely, mint tudjuk, a fizik\u00e1ban egyfajta m\u00e9rt\u00e9kegys\u00e9g, \u00e9s dimenzi\u00f3k\u00e9nt is \u00e9rtelmezhet\u0151, a k\u00f6znapi nyelvben pedig sokszor halljuk, hogy \u201eaz id\u0151 p\u00e9nz\u201d! Val\u00f3ban csak ennyi lenne? Vagy van egy m\u00e1sfajta megk\u00f6zel\u00edt\u00e9s, \u00e9rz\u00e9kenys\u00e9g, amivel \u00fajra\u00e9rtelmezhetj\u00fck? Lehet-e az ID\u0150 maga az \u00c9LET?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saxon mindig is tisztelte a teremtett vil\u00e1g, a term\u00e9szet er\u0151forr\u00e1sait, az ebb\u0151l kiakn\u00e1zott nyersanyagok t\u00e1rgyi kult\u00far\u00e1ba emel\u00e9s\u00e9ben pedig az emberi munk\u00e1t. Sz\u00fclei m\u00e9g abban a korban \u00e9ltek, amikor az emberek az \u00e9lelem nagy r\u00e9sz\u00e9t megtermelt\u00e9k, maguk \u00e1ll\u00edtott\u00e1k el\u0151 a h\u00e1zaikat, munkaeszk\u00f6zeiket, haszn\u00e1lati t\u00e1rgyaikat. Gyermekkor\u00e1ban \u0151 is megtanulta mindezen folyamatokat, tal\u00e1n az \u00f6v\u00e9 az utols\u00f3 gener\u00e1ci\u00f3, amely r\u00e9szese lehetett ennek az \u00e9letform\u00e1nak. \u00c9let\u00e9re nemcsak a puritanizmus jellemz\u0151, k\u00e9pz\u0151m\u0171v\u00e9szeti munk\u00e1ss\u00e1g\u00e1ban az \u00f6koszeml\u00e9let is jelent\u0151s teret kap, rendszeresen beemel \u00fajrahasznos\u00edthat\u00f3 nyersanyagokat geometrikus m\u0171vei l\u00e9trehoz\u00e1sakor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sz\u00fclei elveszt\u00e9se ut\u00e1n Tarp\u00e1n, a sz\u00fcl\u0151faluj\u00e1ban t\u00f6rv\u00e9nyszer\u0171en visszamaradtak a t\u00e1rgyak<\/em>. A m\u00falt, az eny\u00e9szet t\u00e1rgyai, nyersanyagai. T\u0171zre vele? Vagy az alkot\u00f3 szem\u00e9lyes \u00e9rintetts\u00e9ge, \u00e9rz\u00e9kenys\u00e9ge ok\u00e1n van egy kis es\u00e9ly m\u0171v\u00e9szi kontextusba helyez\u00e9s\u00fckre, a m\u0171t\u00e1rgyakban val\u00f3 \u201etov\u00e1bbl\u00e9tez\u00e9s\u00fckre\u201d? Amikor m\u00e1r nem csak nyersanyagk\u00e9nt szolg\u00e1lnak, hanem konkr\u00e9t t\u00e1rgyi form\u00e1jukkal, anyagfajt\u00e1jukkal, id\u0151megdolgozta fel\u00fclet\u00fckkel a figyelem f\u00f3kusz\u00e1ba is ker\u00fclhetnek?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Az ID\u0150 foly\u00e1s\u00e1ban vajon mit sz\u00edvtak magukba, mit tudnak, mit sejtetnek az \u00e9let\/\u00e9letek, gener\u00e1ci\u00f3k ut\u00e1n visszamaradt t\u00e1rgyelemek, funkcion\u00e1lis nyersanyagok? Magukba sz\u00edvt\u00e1k az \u0151s\u00f6k lehelet\u00e9t, \u00e9rz\u00e9seit, gondolatait, mindennapjait \u2013 a t\u00f6bb sz\u00e1z \u00e9ves mestergerendav\u00e9g, a sz\u00far\u00e1gta mennyezeti deszkat\u00e1bla, az \u00e9letpiszokkal fel\u00fcletkezelt k\u00e9zisz\u0151ttes zs\u00e1kv\u00e1szon, a b\u00fatorok kiemelt t\u00e1ncol\u00f3 r\u00e9szei, a surgy\u00e9v\u00e1szonnal beter\u00edtett \u00e1gyt\u00e1mla, a dongaf\u00e1kb\u00f3l \u00f6sszepr\u00e9sel\u0151d\u00f6tt id\u0151s\u00e1vok, \u00e9s a Saxon ezer \u00e9vre visszavezetett gener\u00e1ci\u00f3inak eml\u00e9ket \u00e1ll\u00edt\u00f3 dongakeresztek\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TIME IS LIFE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Unconventional exhibition of J\u00e1nos Sz\u00e1sz SAXON artist<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

On the occasion of the 5th anniversary of the founding of SAXON Art Gallery, the eponymous artist has presented an unusual thematic exhibition. The artist’s work to date has always been\/is based on multiple dimensions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And this time it is no different: the conceptual exhibition, interspersed with geometric formal elements, focuses on the reinterpretation of time. Time, which, as we know, is a unit of measurement in physics and can also be interpreted as a dimension, and in everyday language we often hear \u2018time is money\u2019!  Is that really all it is? Or is there a different approach, a sensibility, with which to reinterpret it? Can TIME be LIFE itself?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saxon has always respected the created world, the resources of nature, and human labour in the process of transforming the raw materials extracted from it into material culture. His parents lived in an age when people produced most of their own food, making their own houses, tools and utensils. He learned all these processes as a child, and may be the last generation to have been part of this way of life. His life is not only characterised by puritanism, but also by an ecological approach in his art, regularly incorporating recyclable raw materials in his geometric works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the loss of his parents, the objects in Tarpa, his home village, were inevitably left behind. Objects and raw materials of the past, of the past time. The question is go to the fire? Or is it, because of the artist’s personal involvement and sensitivity that there is a small chance of putting them into an artistic context, of \u2018living on\u2019 in the artworks? When they no longer serve only as raw material, but can also become the focus of attention with their concrete material form, their material type, and their time-worked surface?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the flow of TIME, what have the object elements, functional raw materials left over after generations of lives absorbed, what do they know, what do they imply? They have absorbed the breath, feelings, thoughts and everyday life of their ancestors – the centuries-old Master-beam, the stained ceiling boards, the hand-woven canvas treated with life spots, the prominent dancing parts of the furniture, the bed-wood covered with canvas, the time bands pressed together from the dong-woods, and the dong-woods crosses commemorating generations of Saxon’s family going back a thousand years…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Will open on Thursday, 9 December 2021, from 17.00 to 20.00. The exhibition opens with the intellectual support of art historian L\u00e1szl\u00f3 Beke.<\/strong> The opening will coincide with the 5th anniversary of the gallery’s foundation and the artist’s inauguration as the regular member at the Sz\u00e9chenyi Academy, Hungary. <\/strong>The exhibition will be open until 20 February 2022 by appointment, and we are looking forward to welcoming you at our pre-announced events!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
